PAYMENT AND SECURITY

CO-TE.com offers a large selection of safe payment methods. The payment data is collected by the technological coding system (SSL) and the server where the transactions take place is Stripe.

CARD PAYMENTS

You can choose to pay the order by credit card or debit card.
All transactions are controlled and managed by Stripe, a worldwide leading credit institute for online transactions. When you confirm the order, select the option of credit card payment and you will be transferred directly to Stripe secure server.

You can also choose to pay via Paypal, in this case all transactions are controlled and managed by Paypal.

 

REGISTRATION AND ORDERS

CREATION OF YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Before purchasing a garment from co-te.com, you can create your personal account .Please enter your password to access the reserved area. At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive a confirmation email with all your access data.

YOUR RESERVED AREA

From this section you will be able to modify your personal data, check the processing status of your order and control the status of your shipment.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

You can modify your registration data at any moment, but only after entering your reserved area. You can also request the cancellation of your account after sending a request to our customer service.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Everything you see at co-te.com is in stock. By selecting the garment you prefer and entering its specific chart, you will see its characteristics. Each garment is made and sent in tailor-made boxes that are created to keep our products in perfect condition.

PURCHASE A PRODUCT

To purchase a product, you will have to select it from the catalogue and add it to your “shopping bag”. Now you can continue navigating in the site to choose other garments or carry out the payment.

Although CO|TE constantly takes steps to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Website accurately reflect the original products, there may be some discrepancies due to the technical characteristics and colour resolution of the device used by the Customer. As a result, CO|TE shall not be responsible for any possible inadequacy of the graphic representations of the Products displayed on the Website if due to the above technical reasons.

COMPLETE AN ORDER

To complete an order, you will have to follow all the purchasing phases. After confirming the contents of your shopping bag, choose the payment method and continue. After successfully completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email that will also display your order in detail.

EXECUTION TIME OF THE ORDER

It is CO|TE priority to process orders within 7 working days  from their reception

In compliance with the applicable laws currently into force, the term within which CO|TE is required to deliver the Products purchased is 30 (thirty) days of the date of execution of the contract/Order, with the exception of events of force majeure.
In every case in which the relevant Order refers to the Pre Ordered Products and/or the Personalized Products, the delivery date shall be longer than 30 days and CO|TE shall deliver these Products at the estimated delivery dates or during the estimated delivery period agreed upon with the Customer, as shown to the Customer in the Product page description.

Please remember that CO|TE does not send goods during week-ends and bank holidays. Online Purchased Made from 1st August to 31st august will be delivered after the 1st September. Online Purchased Made DURING CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS from 22 DECEMBER to 4 JANUARY will be delivered after the 5 JANUARY

PRODUCT CONFORMITY

At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check the Products in order to ascertain that they match the articles ordered and that they do not show any manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must concact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a Detailed description of the Damage. if exceeded 7 days the item cannot be returned or replaced. The sale of Products is subject to the legal guarantees provided for under the applicable laws, as well as to any additional contractual warranties possibly provided to the Customer.

RETURNS

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date you receive the consignment (the working days are calculated from the proven date of delivery). The products must be returned undamaged and with the TAG still attached to each garment.

Online purchased received by 24th December can be returned by 15th January.

Online purchased received by 1st August can be returned by 1st September.

For items on FINAL sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged during Black Friday, or 40 - 50% off sale or above and during special promotions, FINAL SALE OR FAMILY SAMPLE SALE.

RETURN AN ITEM

2.   Once you'll have received the confirmation mail, ship the products to be returned to:

The shipping costs for the returned items are charged to the customer, as well as the choice of courier.

The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.

 

DISPATCH METHOD AND COSTS

Once we have received the returned products, we will evaluate their condition, reprocess them and proceed with closing your request. You will be constantly updated by email and you can follow the progress of your request at any time in your reserved area.
Remember that co-te.com will not change the products, only refund the cost of the returned items.

we cannot refund any shipping cost and fee and shipping cost, taxes, duties, charges of the return. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund. if charged to us these costs (taxes-duties-Charges Or The Return And Shipping Fee) will be deducted from the amount due

The full refund for the products will be made within 30 days at latest from the date the returns have been received.

CUSTOM TAXES

The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent. 
We don’tknow the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination. 

The Customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the Products from the moment in which he/she, or a third party appointed by the Customer and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of such Products.
In the event, on the other hand, the loss or damage to the Product occurs prior to the physical delivery to the Customer or a third party appointed by the Customer, CO|TE shall refund the Customer any amounts already paid.

We ship from the EU, please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the receiver. Please note that due to the Brexit, UK orders over €150 have to pay import duties. We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country. For orders from the United States of America: Please note that orders below 800$ are not charged to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. Unfortunately, for orders above 800$ we cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Please be aware, that If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed off by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
